It’s almost four and a half months we’re in quarantine. The world has been stopped and this coronavirus has captured us in our own house. Day by day it’s being exhausting and depressing. Though being in the house and practicing social distancing is the only way to stay well physically. But we shouldn’t ignore our mental health. Here are some tips that you can try to pass your time in better ways.

INTERVIEW YOURSELF:The first thing you should know in life is yourself. A person who doesn’t know himself is absolutely clueless about life. He lives a life like a floating boat and finally finds life meaningless. Here are some questions you can ask yourself.

⦁ Tell me something about yourself/
⦁ who was your biggest inspiration?
⦁ what are you missing the most in this quarantine?
⦁ Where do you see yourself after five years?
TRY COOKING:
Many of us love eating but can’t get time to cook often. As cooking is an art and patience. So this is the best time to give this one a shot. This will must refresh your mind as well as your stomach.
WRITE LETTER TO PAST YOU:
There is a saying, “if you want to develop in life, just look ahead and go on. If you want to learn from mistakes look behind.” So you have a lot to learn from the past you. Give you time, grab a pen and paper, write down what you experienced in the last five years. What were the best decisions you made and what are the decisions that taught the biggest lesson?
INFLUENCE YOUR IMAGINATION POWER:
Imagination makes you dream bigger. Influence your imagination power by reading. choose any topic whatever you want, grab any book of your favorite author, and take a break from social media.
EXPLORE YOUR SPECIALITY:
Every human being is a star in himself. Try out everything you see. make short films, try drawings, try singing, dancing whatever you want. No one is there to judge you.
Trying these five things will help you to spend your quarantine in better ways and keep your mind refreshed.
